The Howard Hotel is a friendly, comfortable, family run hotel situated in a lovely position on Blackpool's prestigious North Promenade. The hotel's fantastic seafront location provides stunning views of the Irish Sea, and provides easy access to Blackpool's town centre and the many tourist attractions that Blackpool has to offer. The Blackpool Tower, North Pier, Sealife centre and the famous Golden Mile are just a 10 minute walk away while Blackpool Pleasure Beach, the Sandcastle and the Central and South Piers lie just a short tram ride away. The Hotel has 14 en-suite bedrooms and each includes tea/coffee making facilities and colour televisions. We have a small selection of sea view rooms that offer fantastic views across the Fylde Coast. The hotel has ample car parking space for 10 cars and unlike many hotels in Blackpool car parking is free for all guests. The Howard benefits from a fully licensed bar that leads straight through into the sun lounge, which offers a relaxing place to sit and watch the world go by. 
Steve and Dawn's welcome awaits you at The Merginn – a Quality Guest House which is clean, cosy, non-smoking and family run with our own FREE CAR PARK or FREE PICK UP AND DROP OFF FROM LOCAL RAILWAY OR BUS STATION. The Merginn is situated in the North Shore area of Blackpool where you will find it quieter and more relaxing, yet still within easy reach of all Blackpool’s many attractions. Buses and trams stop each end of the Avenue. Gynn Avenue is a lovely quiet street close to the Gynn and Jubilee Gardens. We are only a 2 minute walk to the promenade, and just a mile back into town and the Tower. The Pleasure Beach is approximately 3 miles away. All our rooms are newly refurbished for 2008 and have digital tv, hospitality trays complete with tea, coffee and real CHOCOLATE BISCUITS !!! We cater mainly for Families, Couples and Seniors. we are small family run clean hotel with home from home cooking and yes real chips and a great front room fully equiped bar with with fosters larger and stronbow cider on draught,all though we have now only been running for 20 months we are clean friendly and love to have children here, we do have a small play area for the kids while mums and dads can have a quiet drink at the bar please do give us a try we also serve tea and coffee free to all our customers weather in the room or down stairs in the bar area we hope you will join us here at the mayfield hotel Ian jay and jamie 
The Norwood is a family run, 7 bedroomed, licensed guesthouse, which has been accredited by Visit Blackpool as being clean, comfortable accommodation, where you will be assured of a warm welcome. To comply with the new law The Norwood is a non smoking establishment. We offer a full traditional cooked breakfast and an optional home cooked evening meal in our comfortable dining room. Children are welcome and a high chair and booster seat are available for small children. A cot for babies is available which will fit into rooms 2,3, 5 or 7 and if parents wish to use the bar a baby monitor can be provided free of charge. We are situated on the south shore, just a two-minute walk from the promenade and beach. We are on the main bus route into Blackpool centre, which is only a short journey away. The Norwood is open all year whether you are having a weekend break, holiday or are on business. We cater for families, couples, single persons and the more mature guest but, sorry, we do not accept hens or stags. Please note that check in times are between 2pm and 5pm unless prior arrangement has been made with the hotel.
