we are small family run clean hotel with home from home cooking and yes real chips and a great front room fully equiped bar with with fosters larger and stronbow cider on draught,all though we have now only been running for 20 months we are clean friendly and love to have children here, we do have a small play area for the kids while mums and dads can have a quiet drink at the bar please do give us a try we also serve tea and coffee free to all our customers weather in the room or down stairs in the bar area we hope you will join us here at the mayfield hotel Ian jay and jamie 
Seasoned hosts Paul and Mandy offer you a warm welcome to the delightful Aindale, situated on Palatine Road, a mere five minute walk away from the Winter Gardens, the Opera House and the world-renowned Blackpool Tower. You are within a short distance from the bustling shops, pubs and clubs for which Blackpool is famous. We can only hope you will make the most of the wonderful Pleasure Beach, take a ride on one of Blackpool’s fantastic trams or perhaps venture further afield to neighbouring town Fleetwood to visit it’s superb markets! Paul and Mandi have strived to create an idyllic, relaxing atmosphere and guesthouse accommodation to suit all. Rooms are decorated in calming pale browns and warm beiges creating a cosy ambience albeit with a slightly contemporary twist. From premier family rooms with en-suites to standard guesthouse accommodation there is something for everyone. All can enjoy a delicious English breakfast, use of the licensed bar, late keys and the complimentary hospitality tray in each room. Car-parking is not available on-site, however pay-to-park is nearby.
We are a Nationally Accredited AA 3-Star family run Seafront hotel with great views out over the beach and Irish sea. Why come to Blackpool and then choose not stay on the Seafront? We are on the Seafront in the ideal position for everything that Blackpool has to offer including the Illuminations, the Tower, Piers, Winter Gardens and Pleasure Beach. All of our rooms are en-suite with Fresh Linen/Toiletries, Tea/Coffee making facilities, and Television. ##(INFORMATION TO READ FIRST )##(PARKING) - Due to our Location we regret that we cannot provide parking of our own at the hotel, however the Main Car Park for Blackpool (Lonsdale Car Park) is nearby and there is also Promenade Pay and Display parking often available 100 yards from the front of the hotel. Take a tram ride north to Cleveleys of the shopping centre at Fleetwood, or perhaps journey south to St. Annes, Fairhaven Lake or Lytham! The Norwood is a family run, 7 bedroomed, licensed guesthouse, which has been accredited by Visit Blackpool as being clean, comfortable accommodation, where you will be assured of a warm welcome. To comply with the new law The Norwood is a non smoking establishment. We offer a full traditional cooked breakfast and an optional home cooked evening meal in our comfortable dining room. Children are welcome and a high chair and booster seat are available for small children. A cot for babies is available which will fit into rooms 2,3, 5 or 7 and if parents wish to use the bar a baby monitor can be provided free of charge. We are situated on the south shore, just a two-minute walk from the promenade and beach. We are on the main bus route into Blackpool centre, which is only a short journey away. The Norwood is open all year whether you are having a weekend break, holiday or are on business. We cater for families, couples, single persons and the more mature guest but, sorry, we do not accept hens or stags. Please note that check in times are between 2pm and 5pm unless prior arrangement has been made with the hotel.
