Local buses stop outside the hotel making it possible to visit all areas of the Northwest. 
we are a family run business, with a late bar, evening meals available at a cost of £7.00 per person extra,all rooms have tea, coffee making facilities & television , parties welcome. a 5 minute walk takes you to the town centre, we are situated 400 yds from the sea front with food outlets pubs and clubs all close to hand. Luggage can be dropped off early so you can make the most of your stay.

Located on the South Shore of Blackpool, a mere stone’s throw away from the Pleasure Beach and the South Pier, you are inordinately well-located. The 7 cosy, comfortable rooms define the word ‘snug’, with a warm colour palate, low, ambient lighting and soft, sumptuous furnishings and bedding. There is a two night minimum stay on Bank Holidays, school holidays and during the illuminations, however will do1 night during the winter period. I must stress due recent experience we will not take any stags or hens if booked we will cancel, we have freeview TV in all our rooms . bar/diner has been fully refurbished in jan 09 which is now extremely spacious. we have a pool table and games machine.
FULLY REFURBISHED 2007/2008. We are a cosy, family-run, licensed and accredited hotel, located two minutes walk from both the train and the bus station at Blackpool North. Situated next to the notorious Funny Girls, five minutes from the beach, Blackpool tower and Winter Gardens, ideal if you are going to a concert or perhaps sampling the nightlife. We operate a two night minimum stay, unless rooms are fully–booked in which case we can offer a one-night stay. Unfortunately, we do not take single-sex parties larger than 4 and under the age of 30. We do not accept stag nights. Call us for our amazing 3/4 and 7 night deals they will save you ££££s. We can also pre-book your wristbands for the Pleasure beach saving you up to £5.00 per person (card charge applies). For our less mobile guests we have a manual and electric wheelchair for your use. This is free of charge and must be pre booked(subject to availability). All our family rooms have a play station and games.
We are a small hotel with 10 standard rooms close to sea front and all amenities, decorated to a high standard. Tram and bus stops within a 1 minute walk. We have hair dryers and ironing boards on request, come as a guest and leave as a friend.
